"I never intended to loose my kits in the first place." Birchstripe murmured, and curled around the two. "Our camp was invaded by rouges, and took them and other cats. I was out on a walk. When i got back, my kits were gone. Eventually the whole camp was and is still overtaken by rouges." The queen began to groom her kits fur.

Shadowkit was still shaking with fear.

"I don't know if it's best you get into a battle that isn't fighting for youself." Birchstripe meowed kindly, but you could hear her getting stubborn. Sure, they needed help, but Birchstripe wasn't the one to ask for it. Birchstripe gently stroked Shadowkits flank with her tail, mumuring soothing words into his ear.

"Shhh..." Birchstripe soothed, knowing Shadowkit was very scared. She curled her kits close to her belly in a protecting and comforting way. "We'll go home soon." Birchstripe looked up at Swiftpaw. She murmured quietly,"Honestly, I'm surprised I got out of camp, Swiftpaw. They're everywhere. If you don't get away soon, they'll injure you, too. There's not enough of us to fight them off."

Birchstripe paused, thinking. This cat could be just as stubborn as she was. "We don't now that yet." She finally meowed. "With the luck I have, maybe we could. But we'd have to get back in, first. I'm sure someone's figured I'm gone. Or the kits are gone."

"Not necessarily it sounds pretty hectic down there and the rogues don't know every cat in the clan you could have gone unnoticed we have to travel to another clan get help we don't have time to go back;she mewed.

Birchstripe let out a sigh. She was obviously a bit distressed about the who situation. "Which clan???" She stood up after a second, and nudged Shadowkit. "Can you walk? I have to carry Stonekit."
