Birchstripe quickly scooped up Shadowkit, until a large wave passed. "Go away from the waves, I'll try to find Stonekit!" She searched the waves for Stonekit's bobbing head, but it was hard to, as the waves were rough.

Stonekit let out a weak wail, all he could hear was the rushing of the waves in his ears and he could barely see with the stinging water in his eyes.

Birchstripe looked up, at the wail of her kit. "Stonekit?" She yowled loudly, and got a wail of a resonse (<<< that was almost a pun. Almost.) She dove into the water, deciding she'd have to look for him in there, as she couldn't find him from the shore.
