I love the shiny Yveltal just by the fact it looks like a flying bacon. xD
Anyways, I think I have a rotom. Lvl 1, but with 3 IV's. I need to check.

@ totodile-rawr- why do you hate hoards I use to find them annoying but they are actually pretty useful, and I have got a surprising amount of XP from them, because moves like surf wipe them all out in one hit

Because they killed my Inkay >.< It was his first battle in my Y Nuzlocke, and since this is a poison/dark only run, Xerosic was my only chance at a Psychic type. I was so excited to use him, I always thought Inkay was really cool. I took him to train him up a bit, and his first battle was against a Psyduck hoard. Four Leers and critical Scratch. Poor guy didn't stand a chance ;n;

Plus there's nothing that I really want a shiny of in hoards. I have about 60 different choices of foreign Pokemon to breed for if I used the breeding method.

I have a Rotom somewhere in my box. I can't remember where, but I know I have one... or several. I wanted to get all the formes but I couldn't be bothered to change them all.

So I'm deciding which Shiny to go for next... I've narrowed it down to Scyther or Absol. I'm really not sure which I want to go for. I love both Pokemon, and I kinda want another shiny that can Mega Evolve, but I don't know who to go for first. Any help?

aww :'( I'm going to try nuzlock when next game comes out, this is my first game so I kind of wanted to see what pokemon games were about and I don't really want to go over it all again, especially in nuzlock. As for the shiny pokemon thing, I personally like Absol best and I know that someone has an Absol in their safari (I remember seeing it) so it would be easier to catch. however, loads of people probably have a shiny absol, but not a shiny scyther so it would be rarer.

does everyone shiny hunt by hatching? I am trying to get them in pokemon hoards (because there is 4* biggger chance of encountering) Have encountered 17 hoards, and have been shiny hunting for 25 minutes. I am thinking about pokeradar but I think it is too expensive because you have to buy a TONNE of repels. I'm not patient enough for breeding.

I've gotten 3 of my shiny Pokemon from hatching all of the times were different
Totodile: 4 days
Bergmite: 5 1/2 days
Fennekin: under 4 minutes
And I'm trying to hatch a shiny Sandile, I'm on day 3
So times vary

Sometimes breeding works really well, and sometimes it's not so good. 26 eggs for Dedenne; 1500 with no shiny Fennekin. It's all luck-based.

I think I'm going to hunt Scyther first. Absol is quite a popular choice, so I'll go with the less common one :3 And I adore Scizor and Mega-Scizor.

If I was hunting Ralts I'd be praying for a male, haha. I like both Gallade and Gardevior, but I do prefer Gallade.

As long as both parent Pokemon are from different places, the shiny chance increases. I don't think two foreign Pokemon increases your chances any more though.

Okay, I try it with two Hydreigon, the one is from France and the second one is from England/the USA. I want a shiny Deino }:3
