Does anyone have any advice for leveling up your pokemon quickly?

I have the same problem. I'm trying to make a new team. But, I need them to be at higher levels. Right now my pokemon are at level 22 and down

In-game I use the Battle Chateau and the restaurants in Lumiose. Both provided good experience, and the Battle Chateau with an Amulet Coin on your lead is a great way of making money.

Postgame, I like the friend Safari for training lower levels, and then the restaurants again for the higher levels.
