Yes it is, but the entirety of the post was directed to a single person in a question that would receive a comment also only applying to a single person. It's very different to simply commenting on something, as this would establish a closed conversation on the thread... Something that would probably just be easier in PMs.

Character 1 is about to fall off a bridge. what does #4 do?
She doesn't know her, so she doesn't care too much, although because she isn't heartless she will attempt to save her. She won't risk herself to help, however. If she looks like she might fall off too, she's walking away.
2# Kisses 5#, what are their reactions/thoughts?
Shock, because that's something he wouldn't normally do - unless it's a sloppy lick meant to be for his owner. I don't think she'd mind too much though. She wouldn't kiss him back, but I can't say she'd pull away either.
#3 slaps #2, what is this reason?
He either called her a mean name (which would never happen Tadpole's a sweetie <3) or played an embarrassing prank on her (again, would never happen.) There are plenty of reasons she could freak out, but she won't go to physical harm unless she's truly ticked.
#5 throws a party but does not invite #4, what are their reactions?
That sounds like something Merlot would do, Bella Luna can be a jerk x3
Naturally, she would freak out, think she's been betrayed, and moan about it to all of her "BFFs." She would think it's the worst thing that has ever happened to her.
#3 decides to move out of country, what are 1,2,4 & 5's reactions?
Tadpole is heartbroken, and will mope around and whine a lot afterwards. Rayne is rather indifferent, although her tail will have a bit of a droop until she gets used to it. Bella Luna is happy - she never liked the unpopular Great Dane anyways. Merlot is upset to lose her friend, but not as upset as Tadpole.
#1 finds out they are related to #5, what are there reactions?
They can't stop figuring out how the heck that happened, because they are both extremely different. They'll get over it, though. It won't affect them much.
#4 eat all the left over pie in fridge, other's reactions?
Abbie's getting really mad and snippy, Merlot is glad that it's not there to tempt her, Tadpole is upset but will get over it, and Rayne is pretty disappointed but will forget in a minute.
#3 finds a time machine, how does she use it?
There is a lot she wants to do, but her first priority is to back in time to when she was a young dog and tell her best friend that she's sorry for fighting with her, and then go to her parents and warn them that she doesn't have "just a cold" and needs to go to the hospital immediately. This is a very sentimental thing to her, as her best friend died the day after their fight and she never got to apologize.
#1 steals #5's favorite sweater:
Merlot is pretty cool with it, as long as Rayne doesn't tell everybody that she "big toughie" had a favorite sweater.
#2 finds out they have special powers, and accidentally turns #1 into a potato:
He'll freak out and seek help with his owners right away because he isn't too faithful in himself. That is, if he doesn't forget she's actually a cat and doesn't eat her.
