As Amberpelt and Skytail were walking back from camp, they heard a faint mewl. They stumbled across a little gray-white kit. The kit hadn't even open her eyes. Amberpelt gasped.

Amberpelt saw the berries the kit was getting ready to eat. "Stop!" She hissed. She remembered how Silverheart had told the Clan never to eat the berries, they'd kill you in an instant. The kit squealed in terror as the two warriors raced up to her. "Don't you dare eat those!" Amberpelt growled.

Skytail blocked her path. "Its ok we won't hurt you." Skytail promised. "Those are yew, or "Death berries", they're poisonous berries that'll kill you in an instant!"
