A red rose is at least 190. Although, yes, a 150 is a scarf pps which is two levels above the dragon on the september list, but I belive the guide is taking into account that C$ is valued less than list pets.

Technically it's overpay, but marrionette dogs are hard to come by. Really it just comes down to what you would rather have.

Unfair to top. retired store pets are always more valuable than the current, and the bunny and dog are more than three months apart.
