He walked out of camp and headed to the lake

"Okay... But rember the time when a fish jumped and he got scared!!" She laughed

She sighed " he is just skittish...now stop making fun of him!" She meowed turning away

Ashtail followed, he looked into the lake for fish.

He saw a salmon and crept forwards, quickly he thrust his paws in the water and scooped it out biting it, he shivered and made a face as it squirmed a bit. He then set it down and waited for another fish.

Ashtail leaped into the water and clutched a trout in his jaws, and shook them in his jaws.

He jumped onto a large rock and peered down at a small pike, this time as he reached he missed, he hissed in anoyence and sat patiently

Ashtail sat and waited for a fish of any kind to come.

I wounder if I used my tail, the fish would come to it? he thought dipping his tail in the water and waiting
