Why:
"Because who doesn't like Easter? I mean, I don't absolutely love it, but I enjoy painting the eggs (and then not giving them away because my painting skills are just so epic. I could not possibly give away my masterpieces) and beating everybody at the easter-egg-hunt! And, the candy sweetens the entire holiday significantly! Get it? Sweetens? Ha ha!"

He rather dislikes Easter
Why:
He used to love Easter, but over time he grew to realize how it affected others. People got too stressed over nothing. Always hurrying to get their candy and baskets made for all the kiddies. Always spending mass amounts of time and energy hiding candy in easily breakable small plastic eggs that kids never really cared about. Always using resources to get things they would never even consider unless it was a holiday. As he grew older, he began to realize that Easter was just another holiday designed to stress everyone out.
