It seems the company that hosts Eldemore is updating their servers to address security issues with SSL (heartbleed). Eldemore doesn't use SSL, but we share a server with other sites that do. There are currently no security issues with Eldemore, so we are not directly effected by this issue. We don't currently know how long it will be down though. We still have access to the site's files, and have backed up the database, so everyone's pets are safe! It's just that all said files are on a server that is denying any requests. That is why all of the images are broken.

This was my first thought when I got that 403 error message, I assumed it had to do with this heartbleed crisis, and had actually been wondering and concerned if the company that hosts Eldemore was secure.
But seeing as they are working on updating their security, the reason being why the site is in its current state, I'm relieved. ^_^
Only hope to see it up soon, but it's nice to know we have another place to group up when things like this happens.
I would have been worried and wondering what's the news was, and seeing everyone is having the same problem clears up that it isn't my laptop. I tend to get overly anxious and paranoid when my laptop starts acting strange. <_<'

But yes, guess we can just chill and wait for when the company's done updating. =)

Sure.
As long as you have someone interested in trading, you can trade off-site however you want. Although getting account solely to trade off-site is against the rules. It probably won't be too hard to fine people willing to offer C$ for baubles, especially when new bazaar pets come out.
