"It's OK I won't hurt you",the tortoise and white she-cat stepped out,"Unlike some alley cats"

"How can I trust you?!" Greykit mewed, scared.

"I had kits but they died because the other alley cats killed them,I therefore vowed to protect every kit I see so they don't have the same fath as my little Maplekit and Stormkit",The she-cat sighed

The scared kits ear perked a little, but otherwise stayed flat against her head. She had her paw raised from the ground, and the chill of the air was slowly freezing her. "I..I'm lost.. I thought I could trust twolegs.... but they scared and hurt me.. I dont know where home is anymore..." She mewed, trying to keep herself from crying.

"I can tell your from a clan,which one? I know my way around",the she-cat meowed,"By the way I'm Spadeheart"

Greykits head shot up, her eyes wide with fear. "No! I done want to go back! I cant go back! It was self defence!" She cried, forgetting all about her almost perfect disguise, breaking down into a fit of tears infront of the strange cat. "They all hate me, I can feel it..." She mewed between sobs.

"Who could possible hate a cute little kit like you?",Spadeheart meowed

"Everyone.." The kit mewed sadly, her head hangingm.

"I don't hate you",Spadeheart purred

Greykit sighed. "Y..you wont take me back to the clan, will you?" She mewed,fear evident on the kits face.
