No, I've only seen the 'Homestuck is a sin' tumblr page.

hmmm, maybe you could try darker than black? it's not really comedic, but i just watched it again and man it's such a good anime! samurai champloo might be enjoyable for you too - it's got more comedy than darker than black, though it's not really "supernatural". rosario to vampire and strike the blood are also viable options, though i feel sort of iffy about recommending them because i personally didn't find them very interesting, haha...
also for manga, you might like code:breaker? i vaguely remember somebody in the club talking about it (i'm sorry if you've already read it! uwu) i think it fits all of your criteria, although i do have a lot of criticisms about oogami, the male lead...
and hey since we're talking about recommendations, does anybody know of a psychological thriller/mystery manga that's similar to liar game? uwu
Didn't read much of Liar game yet, but
Manga
Superior Day
Keishichou Tokuhanka 007
Destroy and Revolution (not thriller, but psychological)
After School Nightmare
Anime
Majin Tantei Nogami Neuro
xxxHolic
Detective Conan
Yami no Matsuei

There are also romance manga/anime with really cool/likeable main characters, but you have to search for them![]()
You could try Denpa Kyoushi (reverse harem), the main guy is nice and funny and the girls all have their strong parts to (there isn't really any romance yet).
Love so Life (slow romance, and the girl is really likeable)
Skip Beat (the main girl wants to get revenge on her ex-boyfriend for tricking her)
Hajimari no Niina (a girl gets reincarneted and meets the boyfriend of her former self)
I am a demon, she is a wife (girl makes a contract with a demon so that he has to marry her, she loves him, but he claims to only like beautiful woman)
Shinigamihime no Saikon (the 'The Princess of Death' marries a 'Tyrant' - very funny)
Keishichou Tokuhanka 007 (a girl with special powers joins a detective agency - very likeable main characters)
Cubism Love (the main girl had in accident and is just a brain in a box now, but falls in love)
Betrayal knows my Name (Yuki is besides Shiharu from Love so Life, the most kind-hearted main character I know, which makes the main pairing very likeable)

Black Cat, Kaze no Stigma and Devil May Cry I watched and loved. I've heard of Btooom, so I might see what that's about.
It's hard to find things in this genre I haven't at least heard of.
Good description of DC. The video made me laugh so hard. XD
Shinichi's face in the first episode XD
I watched the Evangelion movies, because they were made by the same people, that also made Nadia and the Secret of Blue Water (which has a male and a female lead by the way XD), I liked the personality of the main character.
Guardian of the Spirit is about a woman named Balsa, that vowed to save 8 people, because there were eight deaths because of her (the reason gets explained later). The king believes he has to kill his second son, because he got possesed by a spirit so the queen asks Balsa to take him with her. During there journey we learn more about Balsa, see her fighting against the spears sent after them and also how the prince becomes an adult and what's the reason for the spirit (also saw this one on tv, and liked it after seeing the first episode).

I also have some older magazines, that say Cowboy Bebop and Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo are good animes as well.
I still need to finish Munto myself, which has a male and female lead.
And there are also Fate Stay Night, Zero no Tsukaima, Code Geass, Beelzebub, D.Gray-man, Darker than BLACK, Full Metal Panic, Guilty Crown, Hunter X Hunter, Kämpfer, Matantei Loki Ragnarok, Monochrome Factor, Nabari no Ou, Nightwalker, Pandora Hearts, Samurei Gun, Seikon no Qwaser, Karneval, Shakugan no Shana, Shaman King, Trinity Blood, Trigun, Tsubasa Chronicles, Yozakura Quartet, Yumekui Merry and Zetsuen no Tempest.
My sister used to love Dragonball, Ranma ½ and One Piece.
Hatenkou Yuugi has one female and two male main characters (the anime is to short though) and Zombie Loan is the same.
