Very eccentric, Vicky doesn't always come off as very nice. Sarcastic and blunt, she loves to have a good time and is a total history nut.
History
A total sterotype, Victoria can be a harsh Russian, snappy American and sassy Colombian. Sadly, her sweet Swedish blood was drowned in all the rest. Born in Russia she was raised in Northern California before coming to Japan.
Family
Her parents own a large store, which is where they get their money, but their real passion is the races (her father's) and writing (her mother's).
