I can understand that some people like the old pets more than the new. So can you understand that I changed them because each time I saw them, I feeled shame ?
It's why I changed them, I changed them ALL. I don't want to feel shame again when I see one of my pets on CS.
I don't have the time to answer all your messages/PMs/sweet words, but be sure that I read and appreciate each one guys ♥
(Same for trades)

Don´t be so hard to yourself Malk.
Even with your right arm bounded to you back and your left hand in cast, you are probably still a 1.000 times better in creating any pet then I am.
Talking about your cats, in my opinion the only improvement they probably need is whiskers on the other side of the face, too. Right now it looks really as if they got it only on their right side of their faces. Besides that, I really couldn´t imagine, how to do them any better.
Bitte gebe mir die Gelassenheit hinzunehmen, was nicht zu ändern ist;
den Mut zu ändern, was ich ändern kann
und die Weisheit zwischen beiden zu unterscheiden.

I think, many artists are self-critical of their own works, and that can help them them to improve over time
It's important that Malk feels proud of her pets, or else she will not feel so comfortable to share her creations with us all.
I think her new linearts are lovely, and although I too miss the old koi, I'm ready to welcome in the new ones with their funny gaping mouths x3 only Malk could bring us pets like these xD
I just leave you guys with one message to bear in mind; although we don't all comment here regularly, many of the contributing artists of CS are reading these pages and sometimes criticisms do sting, even if they are intended only to be constructive. I tend not to post here often to leave you guys to your own opinions, but I have had hurt feelings in the past from words which were never intended to offend; and I get hurt the most when I see anybody talking about a friends' art (such as the 'roadkill pose' discussion, which didn't bother equimagine, but I hate to someone elses art criticized on this site when I know all too well how much effort goes into it)
Malk has spent a lot of time re-working her pets and has given us some beautiful new linearts, and it's up to us now to thank her for her efforts and appreciate her gifts; rather than dwell on any negatives and make her feel that her work has been in vain
I know you guys are all supportive of us, and always do mean well, I just wanted to have my say ;P

Love love love!!! From Moonflight's black ratties.
That's the strangest thing! He looks like a baby rat still, until you click on him. Then I went to the group he was in...he still looks like a baby, again, until you click on him.
Wonder if there's something wrong with my PC? Wierd, lol.
Sometimes mine does the same thing. What helps most of the time is clicking CTRL + F5 and the adults should show up.
Malk, I love the new linearts so far. One of my Valentine's day dogs I named after a dog I had that passed away many years ago. (The adult one) Funny thing is, with the new lineart, she looks more like my real dog then even before.

Just don't make the spiders look any different, I might start throwing stuff at the screen if so. LOL Of course that's what I do in real life and it really doesn't work either. I've grown accoustomed to your spiders though. I can actually look at them without freaking out!

Thanks for the thoughtful reminder Tess, I kind of actually feel somewhat guilty as I had also participated in that roadkill pose thing, but I will definitely be more careful with my words in the future

Malk, whatever you do with your lineart is perfectly fine by me <3 I just wanted to let you know that I did already love your previous linearts, but when I saw the new ones I was like, "Wow! She got even
better!" I love them fuzzy doggies, and at least I can see what my Malk koi's faces are now

We wuv you guys and the adorable pets! Thanks so much for taking the time to make them, even if sometimes it seems words are carelessly thrown around about them. We hope you'll still continue to bear with us <3
when first i appear i seem mysterious
but when explained i'm nothing serious{ characters · art shop }

Malk ~ Most people will adore your pets no matter the lineart. Horrible or good (And they certantly not horrible!) We don't like you just for your art. We accept your gifts with open arms, no matter what they look like in the adult stage. People say they don't like the koi as much, but they keep them because they come from a nice CS Artist <3
The new linearts are great, even if some are not as good as the others (Truefully, I like them all better 'cept the koi, yet the new is still amazing <333)
We have no intention for you to feel shame. People say things they probably don't mean to x3
We love you and can't wait to see future pets :3
