Albus stood nervously waiting for the his turn for the sorting hat. He wrung his hands, remembering what his uncle Ron had said about disowning him if he wasn't Gryffindor.....

Tiffany sat at her table, messing with her green Slytherin scarf. She looked at the first years who were getting housed and smiled, remembering how scared she was that she was going to be in Slytherin. She had heard.... stories.... Things that weren't true, considering she was fine in the house she was in now.

Alaina stood nervously near the back of the line since her last name started with a W. She was hoping that she'd be in the same house with someone she knew.

Blake was walking to the Great Hall and he passed Albus and wispered to him," Hope you get in the class you want!" He then walked in the Great Hall and sat down with his friends at the Griffindor table.

"Which house do you think you'll get into? My sister thins I'm going to go into Slytherin, because that's where she is. She doesn't say it out loud, but I can tell. That's her over there." Boy waved at Jinx, who waved back.

They started calling names. They made their way up to F's. "Feild, Boy." They called.
-I'm going alphabetically. Next would me Mist, Malfoy, then Potter, Albus, then lastly Wood, Alania. -

Blake watched as the names where called. He wondered how many 1st years would get into Gryfinndor.
