Spottedflower wanted to get Thunderpaw out of her den, because this was not any of her business yet. she also figured that her 'bored' apprentice would not mind the chase, even if it was in the rain.

"what will we do about traveling with a kit?" Spottedflower said, starting regret suggesting bringing Foxkit at all.

" Okay! " she padded to Melodysky. " Melodysky! Spottedflower wants you. " She was only bored because she was newly apprenticed. She wanted to learn more and just got cats. She was happy to be out in the rain.
