"Well," he said. "It even knows decent words to speak." He was just a bout ready to pounce at her.
Jackrabbit grinned. Maybe he could mess with this cat. He grabbed a little pebble and rolled it out of the thicket so it plopped into the river below. He hoped the cat would think it was a fish or something.

Harley's eyes darted to near where the pebble dropped into the river, trying to identify the cause of the noise. He got up, and padded closer to the area, curious.

(He's a bit of an old cat, so his senses aren't as good as most cats c: CONSISTENCY... I think)

Jackrabbit hopped up behind him while he wasn't looking. "Boo!" the young cat said at the top of his lungs.

Harley jumped, back fur fluffed up, scrambling a small distance away from Jackrabbit. "Oi! What was that for?!" he exclaimed, fur still fluffed up.

(My RL cat, Harley, who this character is based off of, can actually get pretty angry. This is noticeable when Silverwing intrudes on his part of the cushion too much and they have a lil' cat fight. They don't actually hurt eachother, Harley just hisses a bit and bats at Silverwing cx)

(So cute! ewe My cat would get angry if I pet her the wrong way. She had batted my face once, but she usually just growled then wandered away.)
Jackrabbit couldn't help but laugh. "It was for laughs!" he said.

Harley sighed, then chuckled a bit. "Well, to young 'uns like you, it'd be pretty funny, I guess." he said.

Eclipse chuckled at the cat's efforts, she sprung up and hopped around. "Cmon' boy! Put em' up, show me what you got son!" she swiped the air briefly.
