It's about a boy who adopts a puppy, except when it puts his grandfather's pipe in his mouth he can talk to the boy. The puppy then turns out to be reincarnated Sherlock Holmes who believes that his owner is reincarnated Dr. John Watson as he is the only one that can talk to him.

I know Sherlock Bones is set somewhere near the Itabashi ward of Tokyo. Other than that... Not really. You could go to Shizuoka, sounds like Shizuo!

I'm not sure how accurate Detective Conan is, but it plays in Tokyo and many other places.

Has anyone seen Hataraku Maou-sama, The Devil is a Part-timer? This series is so hilarious. XD If you like a blend of supernatural on top of a funny, light plotline with a hint of action, you definitely should check this out.

also, has anyone heard about this manga called Kimi ni Koishite Ii desu ka? it's pretty cute! it's about a guy with a so-called 'scary' face who falls in love with a girl, but the relationship is kinda one-sided on his side since the girl is pretty terrified of him because of his face. i'm not that far into it yet, but it seems really cute so far. ; v ;
