Ravenwing followed silently behind Foxstar, keeping up the pace with her. Soft paw pads thumped after him. The cold chill still clung to the air, and he couldn't help but wonder what was going to happen next. But he knew it would be bad. "Be careful, Foxstar. I sense a disruptance of peace in the air."

As soon as they reached the edge of the forest, a strange grin lit up Thistlestar's face. They were far enough from the Dawnclan cats. Now was the time. As the cats gathered around him, he began to speak in a low whisper, yet every word rang out loud and clear. " We will attack Dawnclan and disrupt the thing they call peace."

"I know..The Duskclan cats left in too much of a hurry. I don't trust them for
a second." She said, her voice full of anger and concern. "We'd better hurry
back to camp." She muttered before picking up the pace.

Thistlestar looked at Dragonflame and snorted. "The truce? Its nothing but an illusion. Peace is an illusion to stop bloodshed and war. Do you really think there truly is peace in the world? The gathering has just ended and this is the best time to attack. If you have nothing to benefit the clan, then leave. Are you a warrior or not? Well then, on with the plan. As you know, the
cats back at our camp have already made their move. They are hiding near the Dawnclan camp, preparing for the surprise attack. We will use the opportunity of this opening to attack them and drive them off. Understand,everyone? His eyes locked with every cat.

WolfBlaze smiled and instinctively his claws unsheathed. " When?" His voice was a deep grumble, yet carried a hint of excitement.

Shadowclaw had conflicting thoughts about it. "I suppose I should head back to camp and start getting herbs ready, then," he meowed, straightening himself and blinking his slitted golden eyes.

Sootcloud looked at her paws, "O-okay.. Yeah, me too.. Uh.. Bye," she called softly, and quickly ran after her clan. She heard Foxstar and Ravenwing speak for a moment, but couldn't make out what they said. The she-cat scurried closer to her clanmates, looking at the ground. For a few moments she let her mind linger on Dragonflame; he was strange but.. Fun, she supposed. Sootcloud scolded herself mentally for thinking such things, and sighed softly.

Thistlestar looked towards the sky. "When the sun touches the horizon, the truce shall cease to end. "There was a hungry glint in his eyes, as if he had been expecting it all along. "And then, when the sun sinks, there will be nothing left of them. Nothing."

Thistlestar looked at Dragonflame amusely. "I've always doubted your loyalty. Where does it lie now? It would only be a matter of what you decide. We are Duskclan cats, not Dawnclan cats. You are still a young cat and there are things you won't understand. The truce only lasts til dawn, when the sun is rising. After it touches the horizon, it has ended, am I correct?" He looked at Dragonflame, waiting for the reply.
