Thistlestar stood up from the branch and glared at Foxstar. "What is the meaning of this? Did you and your clan cause this? " he snarled. Clouds were moving across the sky, slowly towards the moon.

Shadowclaw jumped to his paws. "I bet they did! They just wanted another reason to start a fight!" He hissed, lashing his fluffy tail. The tom was quickly loosing his cool.

"I wanted to speak of this sooner, believe me, I did.
But I doubt your clan would have been very welcoming if I came to your territory
to spread the news." She let out a long, heavy sigh. "Honestly, I don't know how we're going
to speak to StarClan. But we'll have to figure it out. Together." She turned her head to Thistlestar
and answered calmly. "Of course not."

Dragonflame groaned and unsheathed his claws when tension began
to rise in the crowd.

WolfStar held his cool, though his eyes flickered for thistlestar to the crowd and back. A small smirk crept upon his face, anticipating any battle coming. He uttered not a single word but locked his icy gaze into the crowd.

Ravenwing stood up. It was rare for him to make any sudden moves nor even speak in a gathering. He looked at Thistlestar calmly. "Would you think we would really block the Glittering Caves? It would only mean trouble for the both of us. Would it not? Our ancestors are also your ancestors. Would it be right to cut off ties with our ancestors just for our own selfish pleasures and foolish desires? We are warriors, not rogues or loners, who have no Starclan to follow, no code to live by. We must keep living by the peace that our ancestors blessed us with."

Thistlestar swiveled his head towards Ravenwing. As much as he despised Dawnclan, probably the only cat he would come to respect was Ravenwing. He was a wise cat, and always had a reason behind the voice. He closed his eyes and sat back down, and then, opened it again, his eyes looking towards Foxstar. "You better not be the one behind this then," he grunted. "Or you'll never feel safe again." He left the threat hanging, casting his gaze over the group of cats below.

She gave Ravenwing a look full of respect, then dipped her head gratefully.
"Thistlestar, I assure you; my clan has absolutely nothing to do with this."

WolfBlaze finally spoke, " Then we shall speak no more of this." He turned back to thistlestar, and set his fiery gaze to the crowd.

Ravenwing flicked his tail side by side, as the tension slowly began to fall. But there was still a cold dark feeling hanging in the air.

Thistlestar looked up at the sky and then back at the cats. There was the tinest rays of light peaking out the hills. "Well, that signals the end of the gathering," he called out. Looking back at Foxstar, he nodded and then took a giant leap off the branch.

WolfBlaze followed thistlestar after giving ravenwing a cold look, one of un-identifiable emotion. He bounded down and signaled for the clan to fallow. " Until next gathering."
