Smoky looked around, becoming a bit shy at all of the attention she was attracting, looking over towards the new tom and nodded her head in greeting, "u-um, I'm smoky" she mewed quietly. Afterwards, turning back towards the leader and replying, "I-I'm sorry for causing so much trouble, I'll be leaving as soon as I can...".

Darkpaw looked over towards Spottedpaw as he asked him what he thought of the whole situation, he honestly replied "I don't really know, maybe she'll just leave today or something?" he thought out loud.

Ravenflame looked at Smoky with pain in his eyes that she would be leaving. What am I going to do when she leaves? he thought

Smoky looked over towards Ravenflame, a bit frightened by the sudden crowd both by her and on the other side of the clan staring at her; she would talk to him later.

Ravenflame turned around "No need to stare, it's not like she poses a threat" Then he padded out of the medicine cat den and padded over to his sunny spot to sit down hoping he would be a role model for the other cats to not crowd

Palestar looked at him with her hetero eyes. Her gaze was stony. "You could have asked before you used our herbs on a loner. Do not do it again, Ravenflame. That is an order," she said firmly. She didn't like being tested by her warriors in front of an outsider. "Yes. Dapplefur, you Ravenflame, Snowfall, Flowerheart, Spottedpaw, and Darkpaw should all go. But watch out for the apprentices and keep them in sight at all times. We don't need our apprentices getting eaten by badgers. Silvertalon, you stay here and keep a lookout from the boulders," she commanded. With a flick of her tail, she dismissed all the cats to leave. When she remembered that Smoky had said something, she replied, "It's not your fault. You didn't know."

Dapplefur heard her name and perked her ears up. It seemed that Palestar was sending a patrol out. But as she stood to go, she noticed Palestar gesturing for her to come. Surprised, Dapplefur walked over to her leader. "Yes, Palestar?" The leader flicked her tail. "I'd like you to lead the patrol. Keep them in line, please." Dapplefur nodded and walked towards the camp entrance, expecting the rest to follow.

Silvertalon nodded to Smoky and smiled warmly at her as he noticed she was becoming shy. When he heard Palestar say his name, he looked over at his leader with expectancy. When she gave him her orders, he nodded a goodbye to Smoky and walked quickly towards a boulder. Her launched himself up and used small indentions as pawholds to climb his way to the top. The view was quite good. He'd be able to see any badgers coming, for sure.

Spottedpaw nodded to Darkpaw. "Yeah, maybe," he said absentmindedly. When Palestar called him, he immediately stood up. When she said he'd be on the badger patrol, he trotted towards Ravenflame, a bounce in his step. Finally! Something interesting! he thought as he bounced around Ravenflame.

Snowfall nodded as she and many other cats were called out for a patrol.

Darkpaw got up and dashed over towards the group of cats, glad that he had been called on.

Smoky sighed as she heard that Ravenflame had to go, she didn't want for him to leave her, but while they were gone she would probably leave so that she didn't have to worry about Ravenflame trying to make her stay or something.

Ravenflame nodded to Palestar lightlly. He showed no emotion and looked at Dapplefur, ready to follow any orders she would give. Hmph, at least i warned her about the badger, I realized i did something wrong, but I still warned her about a threat, and what I get.. a stern look and no thanks he thought

Dapplefur led the patrol into the forest. The mist seems thicker today, she mused to herself. The mist was always thick around MistClan territory. "Ravenflame, do you know where the badger was?"

Silvertalon was holding up on top of the boulder. He watched the patrol leave, slight disappointment forming in his belly. He shook it off immediately. He was lucky to have been given a task, and he had to remember that.

Spottedpaw followed the other cats out of the camp. He stayed close beside Darkpaw, excitement causing his pelt to bristle.

Ravenflame nodded "Want me to tell or lead us there?" He asked not wanting to be too pushy since he was already in trouble from Palestar

Palestar looked at Smoky, hoping she hadn't intimidated the she-cat too much. "It seems that Ravenflame has taken a liking to you...were you thinking about staying?" she asked gently.

Dapplefur looked at Ravenflame, her eyes narrowed. He was in trouble, but she needed to know where it was. "Lead us there. Everyone be on alert. If you smell anything that may be a badger, say something," she called to the rest of the patrol, letting everyone know that she was still in control.
