They all look pretty fair but the third looks a little unfair to the top side so I'd say that's the best offer :)

They are all very unfair to you; I'm auctioning 200CS$ and I'm getting way higher offers than that and even those are unfair to my CS$ so you should definitely not accept any of those :)
