Blue grunted, "Watch your smart mouth." She muttered, keeping her head low to the grass. She pinned her ears back at the new Arabian mare that had just arrived, another mare? Blue was happy for Thunder, she knew he needed to get more mares but, it just meant more work for her. She slowly walked towards Thunder, keeping her ears back towards the others. When she got to Thunder, she nuzzled him affectionately, practically bluffing. She wanted the other mares to know that she was in change and that they moved when she said so. "We need to find shelter." She said, nudging his shoulder with some force.

Illusion perked his ears up as the mare did not move at the sight of him. He was very much surprised as most mares would run away from any stallion, let alone him. His body appearance seemed pretty rough, he had scars all along his body. But, if you can look past the rough outside, you can meet the sweet inside. Illusion's gaze was set on the bay, eyeing her carefully. Was she up to something? He gently snorted and lowered his head, a sign of respect also, showing he wasn't a threat. He nickered gently before approaching any further.

Thunder stood by his mares, simply keeping watch and guarding them from any threats thogh things seemed rather safe at the moment. When Blue approached him, the young black stallion turned to the mare and nuzzled her affectionately. He was a very lucky stallion, and hopefully that luck would last for awhile. He gave a small nod to the mare when she said that they would need to find shelter, and one ear flicked back when the mare nudged him. With two new mares in the band she was probably trying to show her dominance and get the herd to see that she was in charge. Thunder began to move the herd, he let out a snort and moved into a trot, simply rounding up the mares and then moving behind them. He would stay in the back and make sure that no one lagged behind.

Blue grinned, pleased the the young stallion was listening to her, it just helped her cause. She pinned her ears back at all of the mares, slightly baring her teeth. She made sure Thunder rounded them up before taking off at a brisk canter, leading the way. Her hooves pounded against the ground, making an echo across the valley. She was a very graceful runner, unlike most horses she held her head high, tail lifted. She also had Arabian in her so, that was partially why she ran like that. She made sure the herd was following before she took it up a notch, bursting into a gallop.

viva pinned her ears not to happy at blue, viva was smart and new how herds worked and she didnt take blue as a threat and might just challenge her, but for the mean time she just followed the small herd

Thunder was surprised at the speed that Blue was moving at, e didn't expect the mare to be moving the herd that fast. He sped up into a quick canter, staying behind the four mares. If any of them fell behind, he would move into the snaking position and come up to the mare, driving her back and of she refused, he would nip an push her to the others. No one was lagging behind though, which was a good thing so the black stallion just continued to run behind them, staying alert in case something happened.

viva just grinned and broke into a gallop running right beside blue almost passing her with her ears pinned showing resistance

Blue immediately pinned her ears, baring her teeth as she saw the Arabian come up beside her. She slid to a halt, not really caring that the herd would also have to stop, Oh heck no! This is going to end, right now! She let her hooves dig into the dirt, almost tripping Viva. She grinned but immediately bared her teeth again, glaring at the buckskin. She trotted towards her, snaking her head towards the mare. She let her sharp incisors graze against the mare's chest, giving her a warning to back off, if she didn't it would get ugly.

Thunder kept an eye on his mares, watching as Viva neared Blue and seemed to be going against her, which caused Blue to stop which meant that the entire herd would stop. The thoroughbred mix let out a snort and slowed to a trot before finally halting. He looked over his other two mares, Minty and Ki before turning to Blue and Viva. Blue was going after the younger mare, asserting her dominance and telling Viva to back off. Thunder wouldn't and couldn't exactly do anything about it so he would simply stay where he was and watch.

Kiona knew how herds worked. There was a lead stallion. His job was to keep his family safe from danger. Then there was a lead mare, a position Ki had never yearned for. However, she had met many lead mare's in the past. There were a select few she admired, respected and was loyal to. Her stubborn, unforgiving nature, was telling her that Code Blue was not one of those lead mares. Pinning her ears indignantly as her conversation was interrupted by Blue's sudden call to run, Kiona galloped awkwardly, flicking her tail angrily all the while.
"Ugh." Kiona mumbled grumpily as the dominance fight unfolded before her.

Viva just smirked, she didnt play this funny warning bissness and emideitly reared up lashing out knocking blue in the face. She showered her teeth and had her ears flattened to her neck. She had been a lead mare before and this mare was rude and disrespectful . She was gunna change this " ranking" right now
