She looked around and flicked one ear down in delight, now she was an "adult" and would be treated like one. Sighing Sam sat down and let her friends swarm around her in sheer delight. " Yes. Yes it feels great to be an adult. " she kept on saying to them all with a happy chuckle. Then breaking away from her friends she padded over to her proud parents who seemed like their hearts would bust open with joy that their only daughter was grown-up now.
