I just joined, but I'm torn between two flights, wind and lighting. I love the colour of both flights, so that isn't really an issue...

Any ideas as for which I should choose? I really have no clue...

They're both pretty great, it depends what you're looking for c:

Wind has a bamboo background and nests http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=lair ... ge&id=1365 and Lightning has a desert and electricty type background and nests http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=view ... ge&id=2533
Wind is the largest flight (for now) and very busy and active. It's full of creative, arty type people and is really, really friendly Wind has a reputation for being the friendliest flight.
Lightning is known for spreadsheets. It's a decent size and again full of friendly but more science oriented people. You'd be welcome in either whatever your interests though.
Lightning is much better at dominance compared to Wind if that's important to you. Wind tries pretty regularly, we're just not very good XD
If you don't like where you end up you get one free flight change, then one every 6 months after that for something like 1500 gems.
