Foxstar lowered herself to the ground and stalked to the other side of the robin,
making sure that she was downwind. She judged the distance between her and her prey, then pounced.
The bird fluttered into a low branch of a nearby tree, and left a few soft feathers behind.
Hissing in annoyance, she turned away and padded back to Sootcloud. It was rather embarrassing
to ruin catching a small bird, especially when it was that close her.

Suddenly, there was a quick swift figure that darted out from the trees, and claws dug into the bird's neck. With a quick snap to the neck, it fell limp in Ravenwing's paws. His pale blue eyes drifted back to the cats below and he nimbly leaped down from the tree. He dropped the bird in front of Foxstar and dipped his head. Without another word, he leaped back into the tree, blending back with the shadows. And then, he was gone, leaving not a single trace behind. He was just like that. Ravenwing was mysterious in a way, silently coming in, and then silently disappearing, as if no one had been there.

Sootcloud watched carefully as her leader stalked her prey, and then missed. "Maybe next time, remember when I messed up the first time I went hunting and fell on my face?" She purred, swishing her tail and smiling as she reassuringly nudged Foxstar. Then Ravenwing flashed in and away; not a word to be said. Sootcloud laughed a bit as he disappeared again.

"He's a strange one, but.. It's.. Reassuring, in a way. Kinda feels like someone's always got your back when he pops up."

Foxstar jumped and let out a surprised hiss at Ravenwing's sudden appearance.
She lowered her eyes to the now dead bird with a shocked expression.
"Oh, Ravenwing.." She muttered as she shook her head. Despite her shock,
there was a hint of amusement in her voice.

"Yeah," she mewed fondly. "He makes a fine deputy. It'll be nice to know that he'll be with us
at the clan meeting. Just in case."

Ravenwing was hidden in the shadows of the tree branches and leaves, concealing everything but his pale blue eyes, that seemed to be staring out distantly from the darkness. Tilting his head up, he stared at the moon. It was almost round, which meant there was going to be a gathering. Perhaps tomorrow? He never really kept track of time, and it never really mattered to him anyways.

Thistlestar leaped onto the Sacred Stone, which was in the middle of the camp. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here beneath the Sacred for a Clan meeting!" he called. It was around dusk, the perfect time when everyone was returning from patrols. It was time to see who would be going to the gathering, and who would not.

Clan meeting.. He thought as Thistlestar's voice rang throughout the camp.
He heaved him self to his paws and trotted over to the Sacred Stone. After picking a nice spot to sit,
he looked up at his leader with curiosity filled eyes.

• A p p e a r a n c e : Massive Brown tom with large shoulders and a scar running down the side of the right shoulder. He has intense amber eyes, and stripes on his legs and back, as-well as head. His coat is shaggy and long, making it hard for my cats to pierce his fur. Hiss claws are long and jet-black and blood stained. His front inscizers are longer than his bottom, sometimes described as...snaggle-toothed.
• P e r s o n a l i t y : WolfBlaze in a few words can be described as battle-thirsty, ambitious and strong willed. He's one of the more hardier types, though hes always been observed putting the needs of the clan before his own will. However, he himself sometimes holds alternate motives behind his actions. Towards those he's familiar with, he can be kind and less abrasive. However, he's usually hostile and or uneasy around strangers.
• H i s t o r y : WolfBlaze was born to a rouge who was previously exiled ( his mother) from dawnclan and a warrior of duskclan( his father). Despite this, the secret was kept between his parents, and one day his father showed up in the clan with two kits and no one knew nor asked him how he got them, with the only answer of them being his kin. He wasn’t further questioned after that, and had one of the nursery queens nurse WolfBlaze and his sister. Wolfblaze grew up popular with the clan thanks to his aptitude for battle and tracking, though his hunting skills were sub-par due his large size, which caused him to be clumsy when it came to stalking. Eventually he was made a warrior at a age of 10 moons after a large battle, the same battle that took his father’s life and changed him for the rest of his life, not only physical wise ( it gave him the scar) but also emotionally. Since then he grew popular with the clan and was eventually promoted to deputy at 20 moons.

Shadowclaw watched as Goldenpaw returned rather late, with two squirrels dangling from his jaws. He watched as the apprentice set them on the freshkill pile, then quickly scurried over to the leader and sat down, peering up with wide eyes. Shadowclaw snorted and got up, slowly striding towards the small group that had already formed at the leader's paws. He sat to the side, far enough so that he wasn't near anyone, but near enough that he could still hear everything going on.

Sootcloud smiled and nodded, "speaking of that, we should be getting back, huh? It's already getting late out." She meowed, flicking her tail and turning around. The warrior dug up her squirrel and straightened up, waiting for Foxstar with a small glint of happiness in her teal gaze.
