Thunder nudged her gently, Ki returned the gesture quickly before lowering her head to graze. Questions buzzed around her head like the annoying flies that tickled her skin. Then, after filling her stomach, the mare moved closer to her new herd mates. Blue and Minty. Curiosity leaked into her mind as she eyed the one with the pinned ears.

"Hi there, I'm Kiona." She told the mares softly, trying to erase any trace of cautiousness from her gentle voice.

Blue pinned her ears flat back as the mare had now joined the herd. She walked towards the appaloosa mare, her head held high. She snorted and turned her head up. She was not a very friendly mare to newcomers but once you get to know her, she was very sweet. She looked at the mare with glaring eyes, "Code Blue." She stated very plain and simple. She didn't want to fight because she was pregnant but, she would do what she had to. She snorted and flicked her copper tail across her back legs, still watching the mare carefully.

"Not to be rude or anything but why were you pinning your ears at me?" Kiona asked quietly, a hint of nervousness merely tainting her voice. She did not want enemies. "I don't even want to be a lead mare or anything." Ki expanded, lowering her head slightly in submission. Kiona was not happy with herself at that moment. She felt because of her fear, her sparking nature was doused.

Blue glared at the appaloosa once again, now hearing her words. Why was she pinning her ears? She wanted to make she that the mare's position was understood. "Just making sure your position was understood." And with a flick of her tail she turned away from the mare, returning back to grazing. She flicked her copper tail, gently snorting. She kept her ears pinned, silently munching on the grass.

Processing the mare's words, Kiona flicked an ear back. She was surprised at how stern this mare was, even after her confession. Blue flicked her tail and turned away, keeping her ears pinned the entire while. A little shaken, the mare went to graze. As she nibbled at the grass shoots, she felt the urge to speak to Blue become more apparent.
"Code Blue? How long has you been in this herd?" She asked quietly, her voice gentle and kind. Ki simply wanted to strike a conversation and gain a friend.

Soul could be a pretty bold mare when she wanted to be, most mares would have stood up and possibly run off at the sight of a stallion. But she didn't shift, she remained calm and content, showing no fear or aggression to the male as he walked over.

Ace pinned his ears and bit the mare hard ear pinned she lunged at the mare and grabbed her neck violently, ears pinned back violently he released a high pitched squeal and bit down harder hoping she'd stop. His chest hurt, she kicked his chest no where near his wither, which was lucky because he'd rather his chest sore then his back being sore. He held the mares neck hoping she would stop struggling.

Phantom Shadow grazed quietly, he then shook out his mane and looked around. The clydey x Shire stallion looked around before spotting a herd. (can be any herd, just stirring up drama) the large male smirked briefly and slowly walked his way down to the mares ignoring the stallion.

Moon grazed contentedly beside Doe, the injured hoof resting lightly on the ground, with little of her weight resting on it. It was much better now, and she could walk on it with only a little bit of pain but still perferred not to use it. The little chocolate mare lifted her head to look around, her eyes meeting Allayo's questioning gaze. Allayo seemed to want to know if she could move without trouble. Half-Moon gave a small nod to tell her it was fine to move the herd.

Blue sighed, her eyes filled with coldness. Why was this mare so persistent to talk to her? Couldn't she see that she was not interested in a friend? She turned her rump towards the mare, snorting softly. "A couple of months.." She said sternly, her ears still back. For some reason, Blue had a bad feeling about this mare, she didn't know why. She walked a couple of steps off, ready to kick out if the mare came closer. She was pregnant and was just overprotective about her unborn foal, that was why.

Illusion perked his ears up as the mare did not move at the sight of him. He was very much surprised as most mares would run away from any stallion, let alone him. His body appearance seemed pretty rough, he had scars all along his body. But, if you can look past the rough outside, you can meet the sweet inside. Illusion's gaze was set on the bay, eyeing her carefully. Was she up to something? He gently snorted and lowered his head, a sign of respect also, showing he wasn't a threat. He nickered gently before approaching any further.

As Lucina was pushed by the stallion, the young mare let out an irritated snort before lashing out with her hind legs, though missed as Frost had turned to attack Sand. She shook out her mane and slowed to a trot, taking several steps forward before finally halting. The mustang mix looked back and pricked her ears, waiting to see what Sand would do. Frost had attacked Sand, he it didn't look like he was going to give in so easily. The bay and white mare did not flee, instead she stood and watched quietly, her heavily scented tail flicking.
