Winry stares at Rune. She is not intrested at all in being a leader, and doubts anyone would nominate her. She looks at Rune's fingers, for a ring. She doesn't see anything for the Duke. She does the dame to Fabian, seeing nothing. She scowls to herself. Well i doubt anyone like me would want to volunteer. she says not talking ot anyone really.

A chuckle and the woman shrugged, ''No, not really interested.'' she said, glancing at Fabian and the others. Rune never really thought of herself as a good leader, more of someone who's willing to play for the team when she thinks it's opportune. Living with the others from the guild, it made her a bit more helpful and thoughtful of others, but at the same time it made her realize that everyone is better off on their own. ''But, if no one's willing to fill the position, sure, I guess I'd be delighted to.'' she added after a sip of ale, giving Miri a smirk. Even though she wasn't looking for promotion, it would be fun to be a leader, at least for a while. Just to see if she likes it or not. Besides, Fabian was also promoted, Rune couldn't just stand there and let him take all the glory, now could she?

It was settled then. He was officially a guild leader of the group that had taken him after he had been cast out of his previous home. Sitting further back now, Avis raised the tankard to his lips and look a long drink to sooth his throat, for the hacking upon the first question had burned his throat. The drink soothed it and he was certainly pleased with current events. Then Rune spoke up and Miri slyly offered her the remaining position. Rune, of course, accepted in her own off-handed way and Fabian turned his head to look at her. "Trying to take all my glory, are you?" He responded in a mock-offended voice. It would be nice to work with the woman outside of their little plan, and he guessed that all three of them would help steer the guild from a path of self-destruction and, as a bonus, mess about with the city guards. The guild was already legendary but they would enforce this legend.

Smoke woke up in an awkward position "Again!" she grumbled rubbing her neck, trying to get the knot out. After her furosious rub she sat up, and looked out the window. She had slept through almost the whole morning! Smoke got up and quickly put her hair up in a mess bun, with a beanie hat.
After putting on clean clothes and grabbing her cloak, she ran out her door. While walking down to the bar she put on her cloak "Morning." she nodded at the spot where Torch was. She grabbed a stale muffin and sat down, chewing it thoughtfully. What am I going to steal today, I should ask Torch what needs to be done. after a few minutes of eating I got some water to sip. Then I get up abandoning my drink and pull up a chair next to Torch "Hey, Torch" I tap on her shoulder "do you need any thing done?" I listen to all the talk about guild leaders. hey, I could do that! I lean back and wait for an answer

"Now that thats resolved," she builds up the courage to say," have you seen this emblem any where?" She pulls off her ring and lays it in the center of the table. A ruby eyed dragon looks back at them, black as a shadow. The ruby is the size of a period, and the dragon is no bigger than a quarter. She listens for if anyone has seen it.

She looks down at the ring, doesn't look familiar but the design was cool "Where did you find it?" She asks Winry looking intently at the ruby. Her hand twitches, The urge to snatch it and run was on her mind. Stealing is in her blood, it's an instinct if she spots any gem. "It's very beautiful though," She shift in her spot, and look around quickly.

The woman glanced at Avis who seemed to be taunting and joking, giving him a smirk, ''Of course not, Fabian. I'm simply stepping in for the betterment of the guild.'' she answered as she crossed her arms, leaning into her chair. As much as this was somewhat true, Rune wasn't that interested in bettering the guild or their income for that matter. Yes, they were her family, but it seemed too big of a drag to try and change something when only a few of them are willing to take the initiative. Miri is a good leader, and the two who disappeared weren't that bad either, but they were the reason why the guild is this deep now. Fabian could help with the situation, no doubts about it. Rune stepped in simply to mess with him, but she also wanted to experience how it's like to be a leader. A voice shook her out of her thoughts and she directed her gaze towards the ring Winry was showing. Two ruby eyes were standing out from the coal black head of the dragon and the ring seemed to be of some decent value. ''Sorry, I don't think I've seen it.'' she answered, shrugging and taking another sip of ale. Not that she thought much about the ring, but a thought hit her like lightning. The merchant Fabian and Rune robbed, he had a ring similar to this one. Maybe Avis took it from him. Well, if Winry really pushes it, she'll tell her something about it.

Winry looks at Smoke, and shrugs. "Family symbol," she says putting the ring back on. "Are any of you sure?" She says hesitantly. My life might be on the line considering my cousins background. she says under her breath. She taps her finger nervous. She might have to ask citizens instead.
