"I figured. That's usually how it is... But there are the ones who were born that way. So, I had to ask. But where is it? I mean," She gestured softly to her neck. "It's pretty much killing me. Elves always want to know the answers to everything, and halflings are pretty much the same."

"I can't really... show it at you at the moment" he mumbled, "but... it's on my shoulder, it gets hidden by the shirt" he said, "it's a... very interesting birthmark actually" he said quickly in order to 'cover it up' in case anyone had heard it too.

Tabitha's eyes widened. "I don't want to see it. I mean, I've seen some that were a mark so big- Well, let just say you see a lot of crazy chiz if you're like me." She said, "Besides, birthmarks are just deposits of melanin in your skin. Not so very interesting if you aren't a dermatologist."

Christopher giggled at that, "that is a real crazy talk...." he said then grinning a little at her, "I mean... real crazy talk" he leaned back on his chair, "don't you think so?"

Tabitha rolled her eyes, smiling. "It's certainly a little strange, but I can't help what words my brain use to describe things."

Christopher chuckled then, "your brain amuses me quite a lot, Tabs" he smiled at her and sighed softly, "so... is there any pet you would like to have?"

"Actually, I have two pets. A black cat I named Siren, and a domesticated raven named Melinoe. I found it a fitting name, because in greek myths, Melinoe was the goddess of ghosts." Tabitha pondered, smiling. "I always wanted tree frogs though. Their pretty cool."

"aren't some of those poisonous or something like that?" he asked glancing at her, "the tree frogs I mean" he leaned back on his chair, "I wanted to have a cat.... but I think I might be allergic or something like that, I start sneezing non-stop.."

"Poison dart tree frogs are, but I was thinking more along the lines of like red-eyed tree frogs," Tabitha explained,"And Poison Dart tree-frogs only are poisonous if you eat them. Yeah, my dad is allergic too, but I haven't seen him since my mom and me moved to New Orleans."

Alaric giggled again, still overly sensitive from the tickling.

She smiled. She leaned towards Alaric and kissed his nose. "Hows your cheek doing?" She asked after leaning back. She liked how is hair was messy and he didn't care. Also how he wasn't flirty. God she hated flirty guys but he wasn't flirty so she liked that. She was happy to be here with an okay guy.

"Good." Alaric said with a smile.
