"Huuum.... Y-yeah but... I think it still tastes good for you people who actually eat... That is what my sisters said anyway" he mumbled.

Tabitha shrugged. "Sure. Why not. But um, how do your sisters know this?"

Payson started slightly at the question, "Same kid as you are now I suppose. Some called me the ringleader, some called me the bad influence, some called me the problem, depended who was talking, but all in all-we had fun, we all did well in school, for the most part, and we enjoyed our high-school years more than most in this town. I miss it sometimes, but nearly everyone in our group left after we graduated. So far I'm the only one who came back that did leave and those that stayed are married with kids now and have moved on from that time in our lives. It isn't so simple for me...." He trailed off as in lost in a memory, he wished that there was someone he could unload on but he knew all too well what "being Bizz" meant. It cost too much.

"Yeah... I like to think of myself as the Chaotic Good Leader of the group's relative DnD campaign. Not that I've ever actually played DnD, but, you know. I think my point stands firm." Ellyon said, understanding. Ellyon had decided a long time ago, after the whole "Paint Factory Incident" that if anything happened she'd take all the blame and let her friends get out scott-free. It was pretty much her way of making it up to Abigail, her former best friend.

Marsh smiled as he heard the music, realizing that 'kind of old' meant 'really old'. He didn't absolutely hate the song, but Marshall was into more modern music. "hm. You've gotta weird music taste, kid. I like that." he let Elliott have his earbud back, and offered a gentle sigh. "this party is boring. Wonder how ticked Fiona and Elly would be if I invited a crapload of friends from school." school was out now, so most would probably be able to come.

Elliott looked pleased. He was almost proud of his 'weird music taste'. "Thanks, Marshall." He looked over at Ellyon talking to Bonnie and the TA, Payson. "I'm not sure how Elly would react. Fionna would probably try to either talk them into dancing or having a croissant-eating contest."

Wendy smiled at him. She fixed her hair and poked his nose.

marshal glanced down at his phone screen, then started texting people from school, deciding to take the risk, a smile tugging on the corners of his lips. Hopefully a mix of punks, jocks, cheerleaders, a few musically talented kids that might be bringing instruments, and others that weren't exactly popular or lame. "if Elly asks who invited them, blame it on Marceline." the vamp chirped, looking up to wink at Elliott.

"Sure. Blaming Marcy for the win... wait. what?" Elliott began to scunch up his neck like a turtle. He was as socially terrified of Marcy as he was her brother. "Um... M-marsh... Eh. How we just don't say anything and play the ignorant card?" He nodded, as if this were a great idea.

Christopher looked at her, "I'm the only one who is like this at home..." he said quietly and passed the strawberries over to her. "My mom and sisters are... Normal..." he signed softly and pulled his jumper back on actually and rubbed his arms a little.

"they've always known it... It's my family" he rolled his eyes a little and shrugged, "I was... Made lactose intolerant, wasn't born like this... It came with time.."

Tabitha looked at his neck, and frowned. "Oh. Do you a personal makeup artist or something. I mean, I just saw you eat a whole thing of yogurt and you didn't break a sweat. You're pretty good at hiding it." She added the part about yogurt to confuse anyone who may be listening. She added, "You must go through a lot of foundation."
