Just remembered, dry ice and liquid nitrogen are the same. cx
I remember, at this market that's in my town every 4 weeks, they had a stall that made ice lollies by putting a cake roll on a stick, coating it in this special icing, dipping it in liquid nitrogen, and then the icing would turn into ice cream ♥
