The hawk struggled, dropping Honeystar in the process, unfortunately she did not land on her feet. Her head smacked into the ground. She struggled for a breath.

Duskpaw wailed with despair and rushed over to his injured sister her breathing was faint and shallow obviously struggling he looked to the sky and saw the hawk falling "fallenpaw jump"he yowled and ran to be under the hawk so he could catch honey star.

Swiftpaw rushed beside Duskpaw ready to take the weight with him.

Duskpaw rushed to his leader and lowered his head with respect "thank you"he mewed and stepped back to wait.

Darkclaw watched as the hawk flew off (or did it die?) trying to ignore the pain if the fight was still going on. He would die for his clan, his side was covered in blood by now from the rock that punctured his skin.

Honeystar felt different. Is this how it feels to lose a life? She hoped she would be able to get back to her clan.
