I pushed the thoughts out of my mind and looked down at the two little shapes lying close beside me. One was white, grey and brown flecks dotted her pelt. The other was a Tom, his fur as black as the night. "Nightkit," I smiled. "And Pepperkit."

the kit swishes his tail in triumph , since he was happy, but he was still a kit, silverstar did know it was not one of the queens kits, and she decided she will not tell, unless someone gets really suspicious ,and headed off she told smallkit to head to the "warriors den" right around the corner- it was the nursery . she knew he was really happy.
but she wondered where was he from- did his mom from another clan leave him? was he a rogue- that was a kit? was he sent from starclan?
so many questions.

I smiled, then stood up and picked up the kits. "I'm going to go back to the nursery," I smiled, having eaten my rabbit. "The other Queens don't actually know yet."
