I stood quietly behind Elliot listening to everyone chat. Everyone seemed to have a talking partner already so I stood back quietly observing.

Marceline~
I wrapped an arm around Fionna and smirked, "Hey hey hey, everyone. I heard talk of dancing." I said, I knew I was bad but it was still fun either way.

Elliott gave a kind of frantic blink. "It depends on your taste in music?"

Ellyon looked at Marshall, with a wary expression, "Right. But you guys are just bros and yet you're asking for a slow dance. And why would you even ask for a slow dance anyway? You know me. All the songs I'm gonna play are either rock ballads, or depressing, or punk goes pop. Just sayin' Marsh. And what are you doin' talking to my brother???"

Marshall offered an innocent shrug as she questioned his request of a slow dance. Well, it was worth a shot. He chuckled at Elly and put his hands behind his head, shifting his weight to one leg. "What, I'm not aloud to talk to the pipsqueak?" he questioned, his red eyes dancing with amusement.

"Fionna grinned at Marshall, "You? Slow dance? THIS I gotta see. For some reason I have this image of you doing an infantile just learning how to dance on your mom's feet boxstep." Fionna about fell over from laughter thinking about it. She turned to Marcy, "Can your brother dance? I don't know that I've ever even seen him walk with rhythm, he's always too busy falling on the ground. I'm not waiting for you people...ugh." She held the hand Marcy still had resting on her shoulder and went to the dj, knowing what she was looking for was on the playlist. She whispered in the dj's ear, and then in Marcy's, grinning mischievously, and waited for the first notes of "All the Single Ladies" to begin playing.

I nodded, "He can be a really good dancer when he wants to." I noted with a slight laugh. I grinned as she told me the name of the song. "He knows this one by heart." I whispered to her.

”Silly Fionna. Marsh doesn't fall on the ground. He just falls on my other male friends. And no, but Marsh. Elliott is practically terrified of you. You hurt him- or you two take nosedive onto the floor- and I will ask questions. Either possibly intrigued questions, or 'what the crap did you do to my brother' question.” Ellyon said.

Elliott groaned. ”Elly... Please?”

as marceline mentioned his dancing skills, he gave her a mocking bow. "thank you, Marcy!" Marshall chuckled at Elly's statement of him falling on his guy friends, and he offered a crooked, agreeing smirk, and lifted his shoulders in an 'it's true' shrug. "No promises that I won't have him falling all over me, though. I'm so hot I make the people around me faint with amazement. It's a fact. Done it to Ben twice.' Marshall sidestepped closer to Elliott and flicked him in the arm, sticking his tongue out at Ellyon.

Alaric smiled. "Um..." He was trying to think.

Wendy touched his hand seeing if he'd blush. "Um??" She asked. She felt like turning on dubstep music for no reason. She had some problems with loving music a lot sometimes.

Elliott looked at Marshall, then turned to Ellyon. He looked back and forth between them, up until Marshall's comment about making promises. "Um. I can... No offense, Marsh. It's not that you aren't um... Crap. Ellyon! Can't you ever drop something? Why you gotta back me into freakin' corners like this?!?" He turned gradually more red as he spoke until he could feel his face hot from embarrassment and covered his face in his hands.

Ellyon laughed. "Sorry, Luigi." She turned to Marshall, jokingly. "Hey, none of my beeswax. But in my opinion, I think Blowpop is better looking." She stuck her tongue back out at him, ignoring the mutters coming from Elliott under his hands. "But, if you two get married, you aren't taking my last name." She got up and headed for the dance floor, still laughing.

Elliott looked up and turned to Marsh. "Um, sorry." He lost his red color, and turned back to his average skin tone. "My sister's always doing stuff like that. It's really embarrassing."
