"Hey," I said softly with a gentle smile. It was nice to see Zoe and see that she looked better than after her fight.

I smiled back. I loved seeing friends happy. Curious myself, I asked. "What do you think we'll do today?"

Colton~
I came out of the showers and quickly changed. I made my way to the dorms again, ruffing my used-to-be-civilized hair.

Melanie
"Sadly, I'm guessing more fights," I said with a frown. I moved my creamy brown hair behind my shoulders with a quick toss.

Zoe~
I sighed, knowing she was probably right. "I know we have to protect the city and all, but will the fights they're 'preparing' us for be worse than the fights they're already making us do?" I asked with a frown.

[ayeo]

I stood up from my bed and shuffled over to the dormitory doors. I wanted to leave - take another walk down the halls just for the fun of it. I fiddled around with my fingers and hid them behind my back, looking over my shoulder to check if anyone was looking - no one was. I smiled, slipping out of the other initiates sights and walked slowly down the hall.

Tobias
I stood up and stretched, my body still tired, but my mind buzzing with energy. Pushing my hair into place, I walked out into the hall, heading towards the mess hall so I could get a drink.

[ayeo]

I took a left turn and then a right - finding myself lingering about the chasm. I looked down and beyond the metal railings, water gushing through the jagged rocks and pushing forwards. I swallowed hard and closed my eyes - thoughts of me falling to my death in here on constant replay.

Tobias
I continued to walk toward the mess hall. Once I reached it, I grabbed a water bottle and granola bar. Walking back to the dorms, I finished my granola bar and took a sip of water.

[ayeo]

I stumbled back abit, relying on the railings behind me to catch my body and prevent it from falling over the edge. A ping of anxiety tugged at my lower gut and pushed me forward, dragging my body away from the railing and onto safe footing. I looked over my shoulder, the chasm being engulfed with darkness as I took a turn around the corner. I shook the chills away and continued on.
