He was speechless for a few seconds. He coughed quietly, clearing his throat. "North." His voice cracked a little, so he decided to speak again, a lot clearer, straight afterwards. "My name's North." He chuckled a bit out of embarrassment, hoping that she hadn't thought of him a wimp. He may have been living in bars for around half his life so far but that didn't mean that he had forgotten the ways of the wolves. A female always makes a judgement straight away. It's either yes or no. He ruffled his fur a bit. He was nervous and feeling a little uncomfortable. Just me and her in a cage? Well, this is gunna be awkward... He sat down. Maybe this would make him feel more at ease. "So, are you new? Or have you just moved from another enclosure? Cas I know that when I was young they put me in the hyena enclosure! Quite a silly mistake, don't you think?" His attempt to create a light conversation was good, but was it good enough? Would she completely ignore him?
