1. To get rares you can trade for them from other users. You might also get lucky because sometimes creatures in litters MIGHT be rare. Event usually have at least one rare outcome. In addition, rarities change over time based on how many active users in the system with those pets, so pets can change rarities, so over time a pet might become rare.

2. You aren't COPPA - if you were COOPA you wouldn't be able to post in the forums.

Hey I found my old form! I am re-posting since my Newbie only ever logged in once, and it has been 2 months :C (My message is still in the outbox)

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?:
Well I introduced my cousin to the site, and I felt that I helped her out to become as knowledgeable as she is in a short period of time, and helped her with lots of hints and tricks and useful knowledge here and there ^^
How often do you get on CS?:
7 days a week. (Sun, Tue, Wed, Thur around 12 hours a day.) (Sat around 6 hours.) (Mon, Fri around 3 hours.) Due to working ^^
Which categories would you like to apply for?:
General Helpers, Forums, BBCode, Oekaki, Trading and Pets.
Because this is going to be for newbies, I also want to apply for the Rarities category. Could I still be tested on this, and if I fail it then still be added for the others? ^^
How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?:

Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?:
Always! Even with difficult people, I still keep a calm, polite and understanding manner.

Oh! and I passed the Rarities test. Is proof needed of that?

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: I would love to help someone knew to such a wonderful place as cs find their way. I remember that when I first joined, everything was huge and confusing and complicated. I had nobody to help me until I found a few friends through roleplaying and adopting - some newbies do not have as much luck though. I want to give the newbie I get a helping hand and guide them and help them with everything I know.
How often do you get on CS?: every day u v u
Which categories would you like to apply for?: Languages (as German is my mother tongue), general knowledge, forums, bb code (I have examples of more advanced coding here), oekaki (my gallery on cs, and, if needed, on da), and trading and pets o v o
How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?: at least three hours each day, though that is the very minimum. Around seven normally :>
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: of course. They are newly on cs and I should give them the warmest welcome possible! <3

Hello newbies, welcome to Chicken Smoothie, or 'CS' as people often call it. I do hope you enjoy Chicken Smoothie as much as I do. I made this thread to help you, to give you someone to show you around and to help explain everything you need to know about Chicken Smoothie. Just remember, we make this site. Be friendly and people will be friendly back to you. CS will only be friendly so long as each of us are friendly to each other.

~The fair trade thread should also be one of a newbie's first resources when deciding whether to accept a trade. First go to the Chicken Smoothie Chat part of the forums, and on the first page, usually near the top of the list of threads, you will find a thread titled 'The "Is this a fair trade?" Thread' Click that thread and there will be further instructions on how to use it there.

Newbie FAQ:
English is my second language and I'm not that good at it.
On your form put what your first language is. We will try to assign you an adopter who is fluent in both English and your first language and can help you learn English better.

What does the form mean by 'What areas do you want explained?'
We have a certain way of assigning adopters by what the newbie needs the most help in. We have a list of categories adopters can specialize in. Any that you are interested in, confused about, or just want explained, put those on your form. We will find an adopter that matches those areas so that they can help you with that you need help with.

These are the areas that adopters can specialize in:
~General Knowledge (Basic knowledge of everything on CS)
~Forums (How to post, find your way around, and use forum options like bookmarking)
~BB Code (How to make links, pictures, linked pictures and other BB code things)
~Roleplaying (What roleplaying is and how to roleplay in both regular and literate roleplays)
~Oekaki (Drawing program built into the site, how to make and post drawings)
~Trading and Pets (How to trade, sort pets, identify re-releases, and use your trade rules)
~Rarities (Which pets are more valuable than others, how to 'trade up')
~Rares List (Rarest pets on CS, how to get and trade them)

• If you want to be adopted then please copy and paste this form and fill it out correctly. If you don't know what to put in a field just leave it blank. Just post this form on this thread, and a mod will assign an adopter to you. That adopter will send you a PM (Personal Message).

• If you are not contacted by your adopter within a week of being assigned, please let me or a mini-mod know so we can give you a new adopter. A list of thread mods is posted below.

What areas do you want explained?: she wanted trading explained and she has no items because she was a pretty good newbie but then a scammer gave her a trade that scammed all her good pets and items. She only has the monthly adopt pets now.
Do you speak another language, and if so which one?: Yes, German. But she does not speak it fluently, she is still learning.

What areas do you want explained?: Mostly just trading (I made a trade earlier but I have absolutely no clue whether it was smart or not.) Also I'm not terribly sure how you even set up a trade.

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: I'd like to help them out, y'know, make sure they don't get scammed, that they know how to roleplay, know how to make some fair trades, identify unfair trades, and tell the difference between a true date and a re-release.

How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?: Uhm, I suppose over 3 hours or so. I never really timed my self.
