"Not just beautiful, though--the stars are like the trees in the forest, alive and breathing. And they're watching me."
-Haruki Murakami, Kafka on the Shore
Cassiopeia
- A constellation
Hobby:
Having a pelt of night, Cassopeia loves all sparkly things, especially the stars. Her hobby is to stargaze.Every night, when the day dims and fades to black, you can see her, outside, with her telescope, star gazing. On very dark nights, she comes without her telescope, to lie on the cool grass and stare at the stars above her.She dreams one day, she'll be walking in the stars, too.
Personality:
Cassopeia is one of those withdrawn people whom do not like to share their true emotions. She hides her feelings in a bottle, and acts cold.Truthfully, she is very unsure of herself, and doesn't know how to act around crowds. Thus, she pushes them away.
Finding the stars though, she feels like they understand her. She can whisper all her secrets under them, she feels safe watching them, the expanse of night sky.
Constellation
- Poem by me(IcyWolf99)
Day light fades away,
Until the time of next day.
Night falls with grace,
For they come to take place.
Thousand twinking lights appear,
We seem to come more near,
What can they be, of distant light?
In the shadows of the night.
Winds blows past,
Murmuring at last,
Calling the sparkles, stars,
The lights that are far.
Whispers of the secrets,
Of those that are deepest,
They say that the constellations,
Are of stars joined with paitience.
She sits on the cool grass of evergreen,
Staring at the stars, with no breaks between,
Her eyes of deep black,
Her hair flows gently, with colour it lacks.
You ask her why she gazes,
When she speaks, it amazes,
The keenest of the eyes,
"One day, I'd really like to fly"
Her answer is simple, but you understand,
What truly lies in her hearts, in her hands,
A bottle of stardust, the constellations, all the same,
And finally you ask her name,
With a small smile, on one of truth,
She simply answer, with all her youth,
"My name speaks of what I do,
I am Cassiopeia too.
Other note: I hope you don't mind the extras. I thought that by "impress me" it meant, make your own form. I'm sorry if I messed up,however.
