They were fairly new (Joined in May), but they had broken 2 of my main rules (which really aren't that hard to follow).

Am I the only one who doesn't leave messages with trades :S
It states in my rules that I don't leave them.
People mainly cancel because in their eyes, they don't see it as fair
the pet is already in another trade
or flat out, they don't want your pets.

Sadly, COPPA's sometimes think that they don't have to follow ANY of the rules when you say they don't have to write the codeword because they're COPPA'd. Either that or people (COPPA or not) are too arrogant and believe that they don't have to read the rules.
