Well, concidering there are hundreds of possible fur/ear/tail/wing/hair combinations to be made I don't think it's really realistic to make them all lock alpha able. I do it on simple linearts but not on the multi-choise ones.

Yes, as long as they are adopted out for free at regular adoption centers at the Share your Creations board or privatly only. You can't make adoptables at the Adoptable oekaki board or off-site.
