I mean absolutely no offence in asking this, as I do adore Jades' Kaos.
But weren't those lines retired due to copyright infringement? Isn't that the entire reason we got a PPS dragon in the first place? Because the site was supposed to stop using them right away.
If they are suddenly ok to use, why the heck aren't we getting them back as adoptables?

I can't wait to see him fully grown Jade, he's one of my favorites when it comes to your characters. <3

I've never heard of any copyright infringement involving the Malk dragon lines; I'm not saying there wasn't any, I'm just saying I was unaware of it if there was. I did have to ask special permission from Malk herself to use the lines. I fully expected to be denied since I was aware the lines were retired after Malk retired as an artist. That's the reason I believe they are no longer being released as regular adopts, because Malk no longer wanted her lines to be used.

The copyright infringement issue was due to the dragons being specifically based off of characters from a book series - similar to the same issue we ran into with the Warrior cats. The lines themselves are fine, but the author of the book series was unhappy with his characters being released.

Ahhh, ok. That makes sense. Since it was really obvious they were based on the characters from the first trio released. Glad to have that cleared up.
