Also congratulations on all the new fawns! Gosh all the new babies are so lovely, I keep looking in the nursery to squeal over their designs! And I'm defintely going to have to take notes from you guys, Yağmur and Salt! I didn't even think of putting the parents in the nursery post but it makes it ten times better to have them there too!
I'm going to have to put some time aside soon and get back to working on the archive...there's so many new newtons to add! xD

My fawn bred by Yagmur is now up for adoption!
I believe this is also the first newborn newton that's been up for adoption, so yay for a new mile stone! 8D

Just figured I'd post my art for the breeding adoption! Gosh he's such a little cutie I had to try out *w*

I wanted to put more detail in the golden bush-pea plant but...at any kind of distance it really just looks like tiny golden blobs, haha! They're the most beautiful plants, though. I need to try and get some in my garden uwu

And I'm working on a banner for the main page- it's a bit bland right now! It's still a major wip and won't be ready for months sob (it will hopefully look a lot less scary when it it finished and it won't be a disembodied head floating around!)



(I kept listening to Sapling and it just made me want to do pixels even though I've never pixelled anything larger than a 50x50 icon wheez FUN TIMES)

And Newtons are distantly related to deer, but are really in a category all on their own! I really need to knuckle down and actually work out their taxonomy sob
Roughly, they are in the order Artiodactyla, suborder Pecora (which holds deer, giraffe, okapi, antelope, cattle, musk deer, chevotains, goats, sheep etc). They belong to their own family however and are the only surviving species in it!
