It's from Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji. It's still being scanlated at 28 chapters.
As for manga like Haikyuu/Ookiku Furikabutte, unfortunately there aren't many that run as long + have
a good story + have clean art + aren't ecchi/romance. Here are some titles anyway:

a good story + have clean art + aren't ecchi/romance. Here are some titles anyway:
- oo1. 15: Meisetsu Kougyou Koukou Rugby Bu - short with only 14 chapters and a oneshot, but enjoyable.
oo2. Attaque - full colour fencing manhwa finished at 50 chapters.
oo3. Kurogane (IKEZAWA Haruto) - kendo; 70 chapters.
oo4. Tennis no Ouji-sama - you've probably read this one, but I'm adding it anyway; 379 chapters.
oo5. Bushidou Sixteen - kendo; 18 chapters.
oo6. Tetsugaku Letra - basketball; being scanlated at 12 chapters.
oo7. Yowamushi Pedal - bicycling; being scanlated at 128 chapters.
oo8. Gokuraku Seishun Hockey-Bu - one of the better shoujo sports manga; 54 chapters.
oo9. Hanazakari no Kimitachi e - closer to Kimi to Boku than Haikyuu. it's worth a try though. 147+ chapters.
o1o. Amanchu - This one's an outlier seeing as the sport is scuba-diving. I can't recommend it enough though; top-notch art with a relaxing atmosphere. | Something along the same string would be Aqua, however that's 90% relaxing, 10% sport {if you consider gondola rowing a sport}, and 0% romance.
- edit: saw you like BL, too.
o11. Kikoenai Koe - baseball/shounen-ai; 6 chapters.
o12. Kirakira no Hibi - surfboarding/yaoi; 3 chapters.
