Duckwing stored the berries.She smiled at Rowanwhisker then padded to Mallowshade.She got close,seeing the cat writhing around in sleep.She felt bad for the cat.

"What's there to do?" he sighed, "Whats the point of anything if I don't even know where to put my paws, I don't even know what they look like!" He lied the last part. In his dreams he could see, and he saw himself in his dreams when he went to his river.

Duckwing's scent drifted into Mallowshade's nostrils and the she-cat awoke with a start, instinctively swiping out at the air with her claws as she did so. Her breath came in short, panicked gasps and her heart pounded in her chest, but she forced herself to calm down at the sight of Leopardtail's former apprentice. "Sorry," she muttered to Duckwing, as if already aware that she may have been acting a bit off during her sleep.
