Fionna dove into her plate, happy to finally be eating now that everyone was basically seated. She looked around the table and realized that most of the people there had been around a long long time in her life, still there were so many new faces. Tabitha she'd met now and again, what with her being Elly and Elliott's cousin, she was kind of a recurring theme. But Chris and Annie, who she thought was just too adorable to ignore, and then there was Payson...weird development that. "Annie, I know we're all a bit over the top, but what do you think? Care to commiserate with us weirdos on the regular?"

Tabitha sighed in sync with him. She frowned down at her plate too. She eyed the lox bagels and opted out for the dipped strawberries. Being vegetarian it was a little annoying that Ellyon, her cousin who should know this, continued to put meat and fish in front of her. "You and me," She muttered to Chris, "We're in the same boat."

"are we? I just thought I was on a boat already sinking..." He mumbled and sighed softly, "well, just act normal"
