Personality : Scarlett is a very stern nurse at the home and though not uncaring she isn't one to kindly listen to the patients. She thinks her way is best and is comfortable working with the harder reach patients, as the others don't take very well to her harsh ways. She doesn't get along with the rest of the staff and spends most of her free times with her charges opposed to trying to connect with the others.
History : Scarlett's first and only child was diagnosed as being dangerously bipolar and she could never be left alone. Scarlett was put in debt because of her daughters needs and was quick to blame her. Her motherly nature was hardened as she had to put up with her child's behavior and also because of it she turned to studying the disorder in hopes to finding some kind of cure. Later her daughter was forced to be put in St. Aurons home and Scarlett, after her studies, followed her there and was offered a job. About four months after the transfer her daughter died, well, more accurately, was killed by another patient. The loss only pushed Scarlett to create a even harder shell around her personality but she never left, feeling that would be seen as abandonment. She changed departments after the "accident", although not wanting to leave her daughter she couldn't bring herself to walk the same halls everyday.

Personality : Sophie is a very calm person who has the power to soothe people. She's been at St. Auron's for ten years already but still treats each individual person she cares for as an individual and not a case. She tends to interact with her patients in a more personal manner, as if she's getting to know a stranger and not as if it's obligatory for her to speak to them. However, she highly annoys some of the caretakers because of her over-enthusiasm. She loves young people, especially children because she feels she can connect most with them.

History : Sophie was bullied in school as a child and teenager, partially because of her poor family background and partially because she stood up for the other outcasts in school. She never truly got rid of the bullies until she finished school, so school was a very painful experience for her. As she knows how terrible it can be to be different from everyone else and be set aside for it, she chose mental health as her career path.

Personality:If Alex is in a good mood she will smile and talk to other patients. Most of the time she is either very mad or very sad. She will attack you if you try to keep her from what she wants and isn't afraid to be here.
History:When Alex was 10 her parents gave her up for adoption. She was convinced that no one loved her and ended up in a foster home. She has gone to many different ones and has hated every one of them, leading her to this.
