Birchkit licked Songkit's cheek. "Here t'eyare'e all in the 'luff." He flicked his tail at Ghostpaw, Patchpaw, and Songpaw. "There are more though, I believe."

[Cradily]

Amberkit whirled around to see an unfamiliar she-cat standing before her. "W-who'ere you?" she asked as the fur along her spine bristled fearfully. She turned to Birchkit. "They can fly? Really? But...what about you? Can you fly too?"

Milkflower padded up to Hollowshadow. "Congratulations on being assigned an apprentice!" she purred.

"Yeah, but not every cat will be able to fly. Only four." Ghostpaw explained.

[Cradily]

"Is my brother the fourth then?" Amberkit questioned curiously with a twitch of her ears.

Birchkit shook his head, "No, I don't t'ink." I hope so, he thought.

Hollowshadow purred, "Thank you! I wonder where he is anyway."

[C a s]

"I don't know." Ghostpaw mewed. "We will know when the time is ripe."

"Birchkit, can you follow me?" Skystar asked. "And, I am Skystar. Leader of Skyclan, or, shall I say, past."

Birchkit nodded, curiously. He dipped his head respectfully at the former leader, "He'lo Skystar."

[Cradily]

"Oh." Amberkit blinked. Even if cats could fly, the ginger she-kit still wasn't entirely sure if they should fly. The mere thought of her brother sprouting wings and taking to the sky made her shudder with fear. What if he fell? What if an eagle caught him? What if the wind carried him off to a far, far away place? She shook her head and wrapped her forepaws around Birchkit, pulling him close to her in a tight hug. "Don't fly away, akay?" She looked back to Skystar and released her brother so that he could follow her, wondering what the strange she-cat wanted.

Milkflower looked around. "Yes, I do wonder that as well," she murmured when she caught no sight of Hollowshadow's new apprentice. "Perhaps he's off celebrating with the others."

"Hello, Birchkit. It is nice to meet you.. Now, please follow. Rabbitleap, Raccoontail, follow too." She said. "You three too, please."
