meet breccan, the silent young angel at the age of twenty one. he specializes in physical combat and can even manipulate gravity to his will. you could say he plays life like it's chess. one move at a time, visualize everything, and pointing out the enemies weak points. breccan's knowledge is pretty high and he uses that against his opponents. it's so much easier to fight when you know everything about your enemy right? breccan here is quiet on the outside yes, but on the inside his mind is always bustling for a solution to everything. he can be quite mysterious and very stubborn but you'll find the silent, hot-headed angel to be extremely valuable. breccan is six foot five and weighs in at around one hundred and seventy-two pounds. he has dark brown hair and soft, knowing blue eyes. however breccan finds his looks quite distasteful. if you were to once meet him out in the blue your first impression would be mostly satisfying. breccan is smart and funny yes, he'd make you smile any day. but the fact that he's an angel also give him great purpose and at times his silence is almost lethal. he'll always be that secretive "bad boy" to most humans who meet him.

elliot was not born with much athletic power -- he lacks both strength and speed. he is not much of a hunter; the sight of a dying creature makes him anxious. he also lacks the skills to be a leader. but one thing elliot’s good at is being a healer. his personality has a lot to do with his choice to be a medic. he is extremely quiet, painfully shy, and socially awkward, but he has determination and patience to do what he wants. caring for people gives him a sense of fulfillment that he can get no where else. with his soft-spoken words, he can soothe those who are in pain or near death. his gentle firmness displays that he is the leader whilst someone is under his care. some people who think that, being a medic, he would be clean of bad habits, but he smokes his cigarettes. it’s almost like his steady hands must be constantly busy. elliot is not hyperactive, though – far from it. he tends to be a little on the idle side. because of this, he has this insistent sense of uselessness in the pack. & it’s a feeling he just cannot shake. | at 23 years old, elliot still has a baby face. both his hair colour and eye colour are the same dusty brown. his skin is slightly dull and pale and he has almost translucent freckles on his cheeks and nose. his hair is in need of a good trim. he never styles it, so it's extremely messy. as for clothing, elliot wears just about anything that is comfortable. his day to day outfit is a plain tee shirt, blue jeans, and a pair of worn-out chuck taylor's.

awesome, let's start guys! let's assume that the humans have set up base in somewhere that's got resources and natural barriers; perhaps a building or warehouse or even a grocery store. the angels, of course, are there, and they probably keep to themselves more than interact with humans, although that's up to you. let's assume that the humans don't actually know the demons are coming, so as long as the demons stay away from the angels for now, they can technically infiltrate the base; but they haven't made a move yet, they're probably just arriving at the general area

With a slight sigh, Tess rose from her bed [mostly just a bunch of dirtied blankets and a really stiff pillow, but whatever] to the afternoon sun. She'd slept in again. The others would kill her; usually everyone would get up and do their work in the morning and gather supplies and such, make sure the VIP angels were okay, but Tess was such a night owl she stayed up well past three in the morning and usually didn't get up until much later in the day.

She sighed dejectedly as she exited her sleeping space and strode into the main area. While they made a base inside of a building that was relatively easy to guard, they had a pit outside to cook food and such over and open fire; it was safer that way. It wouldn't do to burn the building down. Tess hoped she'd be able to slip into the line of people that were getting lunch by now without getting told off by someone, but that definitely wasn't guaranteed. In any case, she headed straight for the cooking pots and pans and waited in line for someone to give her food.

It was getting bright out. The clouds from earlier that morning were clearing away to let in the sun. Minori shielded his eyes against it as he strode forward a few paces from the base they had created the night before. It was simple and easy to take down; they were still on the move, after all. But if the three of them were right, the humans and their targets, the angels, would be just ahead of them. They'd be able to stop working and actually get to work, which was what Minori was anxious to get to. He continued to stride forward, regardless of what the other two might want him to do. If they wanted to call him to slow down, that was fine, but until then, he was determined to get as far ahead as he could.

peeking over her book, blythe watched as tess collected herself and got ready to face the other's. her sleeping in was nothing new, but neither was everyone complaining over it. blythe, herself, preferred to stay out of the whole mess. she was completely content with rereading the book she had managed to salavage. she'd had it since she was twelve, the corners were curling, the text fading. some would say it was overused, while blythe like to just go with "very loved." she stood now though, setting the book aside with her other belongings, and headed towards the other's at a slow pace. she had skipped breakfast, more food for the angels that way, and was by now very hungry. the thought of walking into a possible argument made her stomach turn, but how was she to protect anyone without food in her belly? keeping towards the wall, blythe waited for the line to shrink a little before joining it. hopefully today wouldn't go too bad. of course when you were "protecting" the last angels alive, from demons at that, having a day go anything but bad was rare.
