Jaywing hissed furiously and drove his claws into Flamefur's side.

Morningdove watched with a whimper forming in her throat that she clamped and held back.

Flamefur swung around and drove his jaws into Jaywing's flank. Blood splattered in his eye, blinding him for a moment, but he blinked it out and drove the tom to the ground

Russetpelt tried to comfort Morningdove.

Jaywing leapt up, panting hard. His eyes widened in shock as his sister's fangs clamped around his throat.

Foxcloud let go and backed up, whirling to face the other way.

Flamefur stood up and backed up away from Jaywing
