"Are you sure?" Sarah asked, but climbed into the passenger seat anyway.

"Yeah," he said.

Sarah nodded. "We have to get there soon." She put her seatbelt on and bounced her leg nervously. It'd been two years, though she still loved her parents to death. The thought of losing them terrified her.

JJ nodded and drove back home. It took hours. They had let Kris sit in the same room with Luke but she didn't. She knew she'd only have another attack and so she stayed with Jamie.

As soon as they reached the hospital, Sarah jumped out of the car and hurried in, her backpack left in the car. She was worried sick, no matter how many hours the ride had been. She found out her parents' room numbers and ran to Kris first.

Kris looked up. "Sarah?!"

Sarah rushed to her and threw her arms around her. "Oh Mama, I'm so sorry." She started to cry.

Kris hugged her back and cried with her. "You're here? It's really you. Oh my god."

Sarah buried her face in her shoulder. "I missed you," she whimpered as she cried, her voice muffled by Kris's shirt.

"We missed you too," she whispered, holding her tightly.

JJ watched them, and figuring she should have time alone with her parents, he informed her that he was going to go see his and he'd be back in a bit. With that he walked out and to his parents' house. He left the car for Sarah just in case. His parents' house wasn't far anyway. Once he got there, he took a deep breath and knocked.
